Slum lord worst building ever

Pros:
None at all
Cons:
Dirty smell bad walls are broken in the hall the staircase feel unsafe easy access to build to who ever to come in dirty yard infested with big water bug roaches mice some rats in the yard and the mice in the walls
Advice to owner:
Clean up your act do your job when it comes to building you own
