Nice apt in heart of hell’s kitchen
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great renovations, cherry wood cabinets, light dimmers, modern touches. The superintendent was nice and reasonably responsive. But he managed a bunch of buildings and you have to keep bothering him. Location btwn 10/11th Ave made it reasonably quiet
Cons:
The water pressure to the kitchen sink wasn’t the best. Some roaches and other pests.

Great 2 years
Former Tenant
Pros:
Best land lord I’ve ever had in NY. Locked myself out so many times and he was always speedy to come and help me. He also helped me move a lot of my furniture out when I moved and has a really nice demeanor and family. The apartment was also very spacious with lots of light
