Nice place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great views from higher up, nice apartment size, really friendly staff, incredibly convenient location, always responsive to requests
Cons:
C line of building gets way too much sun, fixtures should be nicer for the price, air conditioning not as effective in larger areas.

Good Location. Flaws.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location. Right near Central Park, 5 subway lines, and Whole Foods.
Cons:
The elevators are SO loud. You can hear them every t8me they pass, AND I LIVE FAR DOWN THE HALL. And I think there are rodents in the walls.
Advice to owner:
Fix the wheels of the elevators.

Pretty happy here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very responsive staff and management, always responded same day to any concerns or repairs
Staff mostly friendly
Building and apartment in decent shape
Cons:
So far this year, it seems more than half of weeks there’s some kind of noise work during working hours. Some is building-related facade inspections work, and some is work on the sidewalk or street. Management was initially inconsistent at informing residents beforehand but have gotten much better.
Advice to owner:
Keep giving us a consistent heads up before noise work starts so we can plan our work days.

The Regent - Glenwood mgmt
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, but busy
Cons:
Services have been severely cut. Elevators constantly out of service. Mgmt does not care about individual concerns, they are focused on their bottom line. Trash rooms are always a mess. Dirty water often in sinks/showers.
Advice to owner:
Invest in your building. Stop cutting services. Allow delivery to use all elevators. Archaic policies.
