Very nice building and management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, amenities, staff and maintenance. Everyone is incredibly nice and responsive. Building is clean and well maintained.
Cons:
There are many renovations happening in units which is causing a lot of noise and a lot of dust, to the point where we needed to get a purifier for the air quality. Also the AC / heating cannot operate at the same time, the building switches from AC to heating and vice versa once a year. So if you have hot days in the spring you can’t turn on the AC or heating in the beginning of fall.

Not a great place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Doorman and mailroom
Cons:
Awful management, bugs in the building everywhere, elevators never work. No kid room, no kids allowed to pool most of the time, they are just mean to families.
