Terrible management & super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Modest building . Elevator . Close to Central Park .
Cons:
Super is very rude especially to women. If they complain about the heat he continually labels them as crazy and shames them. Management tends to side up with super since they give each other work and when something goes wrong they cover everything up for each other .
Advice to owner:
Tenants need to be assured they are treated with transparency and care and age or even nationality should not be used as a tool to gauge preferences on how to tackle complaints .
