Horrible building management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location and neighbors
Cons:
Management, trash management, recycling, heat and hot water outage (winter 2022/23), rent price, roaches, package theft (lock the damn door and install cameras!), management, and management
Advice to owner:
Apartments are too expensive and you need to respond to and work with your tenants. You care too much about your investors and the bottom line. You have no regard for your tenant. I’m sure you think you do.
Read the other views. You should be ashamed that these reviews describe your career so accurately. Do you want to have the reputation of a stereotypical NYC greedy landlord?
It’s never too late to change and do better. That would make so many people’s quality of life improve.

Beware of Landmark resources llc management
Former Tenant
Pros:
location to Lincoln center and neighbors are nice
Cons:
Dirty building. Trash all over the lobby area, difficult to access trash room. Mice problem, landlords unresponsive. They also hire criminals - beware of your own safety and who is entering your apartment.
Advice to owner:
Stop pinching penny’s by flipping maintenance issues onto tenants.

Avoid landmark resources
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location is all I’ve got.
Cons:
Terrible maintenance upkeep. Mice, trash everywhere, gas leak caused major disruptions to tenants.
Advice to owner:
Try a new career. You are the worst - you care only about money. This building is a mess

Run down building with nasty landlords
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great. Most of the neighbors are nice.
Cons:
Things break and the landlord tries to blame you so they don’t have to pay for it. If they did it right the first time, it wouldn’t happen a lot. Larry Stevens the landlord is a real piece of work and nasty nasty nasty with some emotional problems he should seek help for.
Advice to owner:
Get a better management company to deal with issues. Keep Larry far away from tenants. Creepy man. stop hiring alcoholic superintendents. Stop trying to cut corners by blaming tenants for issues in the building.
