Great location, great management

Pros:
Neighbours are friendly. My apartment was spacious. Lots of restaurants, bars, cafes and gyms right at the doorstep. Very close to Trader Joe's. A block away from Central Park which is great if you like to go for runs like I do. Building management was organized and attentive. They have an app for you to put in service orders.
Cons:
The garbage sometimes piled up in the garbage room, which coupled with the summer heat, lead to the lobby and staircase smelling bad.
Advice to owner:
Improve the management of the garbage room.
