Just Moved In
Former Tenant
Pros:
So far everything is a pro , nothing has gone wrong in the last three weeks since I’ve moved in.
Cons:
None to speak of… yet
Advice to owner:
Keep doing what you’re doing… it is working so far.

Really great management but critters
Former Tenant
Pros:
Huge rooms, great location, very responsive landlord
Cons:
Roaches and a rat. Landlord was very fast to take care of it. Reason I am leaving as well as them not lowering the rent for the second year of our lease during covid times.
Advice to owner:
They have been very responsive just wanted to warn the next tenant to keep your eyes open for these critters
