    Great Neighborhood, OK building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Fantastic location, wide staircase, antique architecture
    Cons:
    No elevator, no responsive owner, extremely expensive for no amenities
    Advice to owner:
    Price the apartments according to the building, not just the area.
