Great staff and amazing location

Pros

Staff are fantastic, especially the doormen, Robert and Anthony. Location is unbeatable. Fairly quiet, and never had any issues with other tenants: thick walls!

Overzealous heating in winter and slow/finnicky elevators

AKAM managing agent and dismissive Bd. AKAM takes FOREVER to respond - so if owner wants to rent or do alterations, unless u r on the Bd, AKAM will ignore you!
