Not great not bad
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is good. Building management is pretty responsive. Nice building super. Apartment size is decent and high ceiling with steps.
Cons:
Small UWS kitchen.
The walls are very thin or you can hear your neighbors through vent holes. The washer and dryer in the basement vent directly out to the hall way and it gets very hot.
Advice to owner:
Invest in better washer and dryer vent and garbage area needs to better managed

Old Property & Stubborn LL
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, decent price
Cons:
Landlord refused to take a reasonable breakage fee to let us out of the lease due to changes circumstances surrounding COVID-19. Also refused to clean before we moved in (?!?!?). Prior tenants had been here for 4 years and just left it broom swept which is NOT market at all.
Advice to owner:
Need to show a little more humanity.
