Club level noise
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super was really helpful and responsive. Apt itself was really nice. Lovely neighbors.
Cons:
The restaurant below the building, Asset, decided to hire a DJ and become a club on weekends and occasionally during the week. After multiple complaints with no resolution, I had to move out due to the noise and inability to sleep.
Advice to owner:
Respond and address your tenants needs. Hire better property managers.
