Horrible management company

Pros:
Quiet building and neighborhood
Cons:
-Elevator service is almost non existent
-Management can be rude or unresponsive
I’ve found various bugs, including adult cockroaches in my unit.
-My room is regularly 61 degrees with no access to turn up the heat - this issue was corrected after review
-The museum across the street has been doing construction and it’s very loud when working from home (jackhammering all day)
-There’s a daycare/school next door that will leave nasty notes and yell at people if they don’t move their cars so they can set up their school tent in the street (pretty sure they can’t enforce anyone moving their car)

Advice to owner:
The building is fine but the lack of amenities is disappointing considering the high rent. Clean up dead cockroaches in the lobby promptly instead of leaving them for weeks. Fix the fraying carpet on the stairs.

Return emails and phone calls! You have never once picked up the phone when I’ve called and you don’t answer specific questions in emails. The property admin is named Rebecca and she does jack shit besides sending out robo-emails about turning off water after they’ve already turned the water off!
