Noisy, overpriced, cold
Former Tenant
Pros:
clean, majority nice neighbors
Cons:
Noisy - can hear everything from your neighbors, louder than a typical NYC apartment.
Heat is on a timer and you can see your breath in the winter. Had to buy space heaters and it’s still too cold.
Elevator is from the 1920s, manual open gates... only opens 17 inches wide
Two washer and dryers for two buildings
Noise!
Girl in apartment 5R has a balcony and is so loud at late hours. It’s in the rear so her manic shrills echo and annoy hundreds of other apartments.
