No frills, but good experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious layout, location is great, & management is generally responsive (but not willing to do anything beyond what they absolutely MUST do- can take a long time to fix things that aren't vital but will show up if something is critical). Lease renewal offer was actually reasonable (but what they try to get for new tenants if you move out is crazy).
Cons:
Old building so you can hear the neighbors easily, no laundry in most units, very old bathroom and kitchen, owners don't consistently paint or clean fully in between tenants. We had a few mice in our unit which took a couple months to fully resolve and we had to pay an exterminator on our own 1x. But the issue now seems to be resolved. They try to raise the rents an insane amount if someone moves out- so just be cautious if you are a new tenant and look up the history of the unit to make sure you don't overpay.
Advice to owner:
Clean properly between tenants & update the bathrooms and kitchens in all units.
