Pros:
Area is great
Cons:
Owned by a family and they nickle and dime everything and don’t respond to requests. Live in super doesn’t work weekends and has several side jobs that keep him busy. Go with a management company instead.
Advice to owner:
Run your business like a business not a hobby

Almost none at all.
Cons:
Not clean, no light, anyone can get it.
Advice to owner:
Respond to your tenants and take care of pests. Put real fridges in the units. Be transparent about your charges.
