Lovely lobby, friendly very helpful staff, very responsive onsite management, fast and well-maintained elevators, first class kitchens and bathrooms, and excellent package services.
Cons:
Nothing really. Lived here nearly 4 years.

Great views, good management, inexpensive, great layout
Cons:
Sirens from the fire station right by the apartment can be intense at night.

Clean, trash emptied every hour
Cons:
Mark, the building manager is terrible and some of the doormen don’t know what it means to smile.
Advice to owner:
Listen to your tenants and be respectful!
