Management is the worst

Pros:
Location is prime. That’s about it
Cons:
Common areas are not clean. Someone comes and sweeps once a week. During a pandemic this should be multiple times a week. Slow responses - only phone calls and no emails. Management are slow to act with any issues. Heat is on in the summer time. Steps are broken. Had bedbugs in the building. Payment by check only.
Advice to owner:
Get with the times. Have a direct deposit payment option. Have an email address. Be attentive to your tenants.

Avoid brusco management. Seriously

Literally the location. That’s it
Cons:
Management company is horrible. Rude and not responsive. And the building is bedbug infested. I truly can go on and on but I will just say, living in this building ran by this management company is a mistake.
