Would be a great building with better management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, very few maintenance related issues. 99% of the in-building staff are great.
Cons:
I had very few complaints about this building outside of one terrible concierge (truly awful, shouldn’t still work there) and a really bad management company. Unfortunately, those two things made it almost unbearable towards the end of my time there.
Advice to owner:
Force out the long term board of directors and replace AKAM

overall good experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
24 hour doorman, all the workers were great and worked hard, gym, conference room, laundry in building, views
Cons:
HVAC system was broken all the time, so it was either crazy hot or crazy cold. Expensive to fix. Move in/out hassle with management stupid. Rules with who can enter the building (like once our fridge was broken but the person couldn't come to fix it because it was a holiday).
