The Best Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The landlord and super are extremely responsive and caring people. Things occasionally go wrong - it's a New York apartment. But unlike a lot of experiences I've had in the past, Joe and Ricardo will fix things expediently.
Cons:
It can be a little bit noisy on the side facing the street, but not really something you can fix.

Good landlord and helpful super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Landlord is responsive and the super is very helpful. They solve the problems pretty soon
Cons:
Stairs are quite dirty and also the trash is quite a messy. Washing machine a bit dirty and needs quarters ( sometimes impossible to find)
