Old, not well kept in certain areas of apartment
No regular cleanings in public spaces
Elevator breaks often and parts are rare so they said it took weeks to ship
Advice to owner:
Don’t keep increasing rent so much (only specific individual owners)

Amazingly located Prewar Doorman Building with Subpar Super

Pros:
The doormen are very nice and the location is incredible. Mainly smaller apartments with efficient layouts. No pets allowed
Cons:
The doors and walls are VERY thin. You can hear everything in the hallway and vice versa. Facing west, you can hear the concerts at the beacon theater. but not in a way that should deter you entirely.

The super is aggressive and unhelpful however.

Tons bugs, all kinds of them. Even mice

Pros:
Awesome location next to subway, parks, restaurants, banks, grocery store
Cons:
Hoarders in building. I have caught over 40 bugs (at least a dozen water bugs over the last month) and a few mice. Issues on every floor level no matter how low or high you live. Bugs always in hallways

Get your bug issue under control. Filthy
