Nice place, don’t count on management for anything
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice location, generally no major issues with the apartment
Cons:
Management, Roaches despite attempts at pest control, I was charged a 15% “broker fee” when the person who showed me the apartment was actually the super that I never saw on site after I first got the keys to the apartment. They all seem to be one big family so don’t listen to what any one of them says about the other. Never even gave me an executed copy of my lease in the first year. Lazy - installed my doorknob backwards locking me into my apartment which caused me to miss my flight, not to mention a clear building code violation and fire hazard.
Advice to owner:
Put maybe an ounce of care towards tenants
