Pros:
Very clean, quiet building with great community of people living there; can’t beat the location/neighborhood
Cons:
Extremely unresponsive management; no on site super; horrible water pressure and the rudest emergency super I’ve ewr dealt with in 5 years in NYC. He tried to call and give me attitude because I expressed displeasure at my water being cut off YET AGAIN with no notice. Oh, the water pressure was terrible in the apartment the entire two years I lived there. They loved to cut it off without notice and then hang signage after the fact in the lobby.
Advice to owner:
Get better management on site

Pros:
Great amenities for a pre-war walkup, have w/d in my unit. Nicely maintained building overall in a great neighborhood
Cons:
Trash can capacity not adequate for the building. Has a super tall ceiling and management unwilling to let us borrow a ladder to replace lightbulbs. Couple instances where the water was turned off for some work being needed, which is understandable but no prior warning
