Not for me
Former Tenant
Pros:
Easy access to trains Great location (if you like the uws)
Cons:
Street noise is really bad if you're facing Columbus. I've been in NYC for awhile, lived off loud streets before, and this is by far the worst. If you can sleep through anything, live here but otherwise either get a unit facing away from Columbus or rent elsewhere
Advice to owner:
Imo, the facade work done last summer made the noise worse
