    Bad Pest Issues
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Gym, great location, all bills included in rent.
    Cons:
    Not sure how things are now because there’s new management who felt promising when I left but do not live on the floors with scaffolding it’s horrible and there were HORRIFIC pest issues which is why I left.
    Advice to owner:
    Keep pests in control.
