nice location & charming pre-war details
Cons:
completely unresponsive management, building-wide mice and roach infestations, frequent package theft, brown water from faucets, mold all throughout apartments and building

take care of your properties

Pros:
Generally clean. Trash area cleaned regularly.
Cons:
Building is falling apart and they don’t fix the root causes. They’ve had water leaks and crumbling walls/bricks, structural damage showing in most apts, burst pipes.
No laundry, old intercom system, no amenities of any kind
Advice to owner:
Need to invest in your drainage and building structure eventually. Will have mold issues
