There are mice
Former Tenant
Pros:
Could be such a great building with different management. Great location, nice finishes in renovated units.
Cons:
So many issues and management cares about nothing but leasing this building. Amenities have not been finished on time (we were promised Nov 1 and it is now three months later, still not done). Most importantly, the building and our unit have a persistent mice infestation. We saw our first mouse three months ago, have caught several since then and continue to see droppings. There are other material issues with management that I cannot disclose for fear of retaliation.
Advice to owner:
Obey the law

Mice Infestation and Unresponsive Landlord -- STAY AWAY
Former Tenant
Pros:
There is nothing redeemable about this building.
Cons:
The building has a massive mice infestation that the landlord (Olnick/Hampton Management) refuses to remedy or fix. Look at the Olnick/Hampton Management website and try to find a cell phone number to call--there's a reason you can't. Look at the reviews for Olnick/Hampton Management online before leasing this building.
The building doesn't have trash chutes or proper trash disposal bins. The building requests that you leave your trash in the hallway.
