Great Apartment, Would Recommend!!!

- quiet
- responsive live-in super
- nice intercom system
- in-unit AC
Cons:
- had one mouse but never had one again after super sent an exterminator

Clean building, great place to live

The building is well maintained and the super is helpful and friendly. The washers and dryers have always been functional
Cons:
Water pressure is bad, elevator is slow and very small. Washers and dryers take quarters

Pros:
very clean and well maintained, super is nice and responsive. Never had issues with pests. Great location. trash area was really clean; laundry room is small but usually could get my things in without waiting long.
Cons:
had a noisy neighbor and could hear a lot through the walls, but I think that was more about the neighbor than the building.
Advice to owner:
I loved my experience living there, I think it's a great building especially for a lower price range!

Tony is super responsive and keeps the building super clean.
Cons:
Elevator was so slow, you could walk up and down faster than waiting
