Tenant living on third floor with patio
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Patio was really nice, used it a lot during the summer, put a tiny charcoal grill out there too - The building is pretty quiet - Great location, next to subway, and the park - Great size if you're looking for a small step up from a studio apartment
Cons:
- The building itself is poorly maintained, have seen plenty of dead roaches in the halls, and the garbage is kept inside which definitely attracts flies and whatnot during the summer - The front door is broken, the second door locks properly, but still not great - Have gotten both roaches and mice in my apartment, my assumption is because of the patio
Advice to owner:
Have a company come and clean the apartment, it is kinda gross
