Pros:
The management was responsive, generally kept the units updated and neat in common areas. Building itself is beautiful.
Cons:
Management sometimes didn’t communicate well (ie refinishing the lobby floor without a heads up) but was always quick to rectify.
Advice to owner:
Keep the original details of the building!

Cons:
Brusco management is the WORST. If you’re looking to rent, I advise you to look elsewhere. Major problem getting hot water. When you call the super on the weekends, no response.
