Worst most aggressive landlord

Location only otherwise a run down overpriced flea bag
Cons:
Laundry in basement. Broiling hot no thermostat. Landlord an aggressive fee hungry douche. Threatens give no cure periods only a nickel and dime sleaze ready to sue at the drop of a hat. Avoid this building

Decent Building, Horrible Owner and Super
Former Tenant
Pros:
-square footage of the apartment unit
-heat
Cons:
-The owner is an extremely threatening man. Anytime I had a guest (Christmas get together, weekend guest, etc.), I received questions from the owner and super about who was staying and why. It caused me to feel like he was going to evict me any moment.
-The super refused to give us our deposit back at the end of our lease and blamed the typical ware of a very old unit with very old appliances on us. He completely used our deposit to fund what should have been his own re-investment into the property. And again, he was very verbally threatening which made us feel like we would get sued if we didn’t give him the money.
-The super entered the unit without warning me via phone or email one day to check on a maintenance issue.
-would not replace the built-in AC when it broke
Advice to owner:
-Change the way you communicate with tenants. Your language is very threatening.
-Get a new super that is friendly and appears trustworthy
