Beware The Cursed Corner
Former Tenant
Pros:
Perfect neighborhood and location, tall ceilings, incredible closet space
Cons:
Extremely noisy, gets unbearably hot in the summertime and property owner does not allow window air conditioning units "for cosmetic reasons," elusive and unreasonable property owner, exterior doors not very secure, roaches in lobby and unit.
Advice to owner:
Repay security deposits!
