Pros:
Very quiet and great location (so close to Central Park and a B/C subway station). Spacious with high ceilings- building is old but maintained (although you can tell it has been well lived in)
Cons:
Walkup and trash it stored outside/sometimes piles up towards the end of the week. The laundry in building is $4 for wash and $4 for dryer (coins only). The laundry machine leaks, but is not too busy. (Only one washer and one dryer in the building)
