Former Tenant
Pros:
Great Locatin, friendly neighbors. Simple signing process. There is pest control and a cleaner for the stairs/ doorway
Cons:
When fixing is needed, they will say someone is coming. It's 50/50 if they actually come. Once they do, they look at the problem and then say "ok I will come fix this after lunch " and never show again. The super (Omar) apparently only talks to men. He only answered my bf calls, and I heared 3 other neighbors that confirmed this issue. Another issue is the heat, they rarely turn it on and when they do it's very limited about 3-minuts. I use my own radiators heavily which is not great for my coned bill.

Building Not Maintained
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location and neighbors. Very nice quiet folks.
Cons:
The building has been neglected for years and needs major repairs. Heat is sporadic in the cold months, hallways never cleaned, lights outside are on during the day, but off at night. There is a new owner so we are hopeful but the jury is out.
Advice to owner:
You need to step it up. Neglecting the building will not save you money.
