Fine for price
Former Tenant

No issues with heat or cooling, generally well-insulated windows, solid walls
Cons:
Cockroaches, especially during the summer in apartments and common halls. Not much light,

Steer clear- it’s a nightmare!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is great and the pros end there.
Cons:
Multiple instances where the heat wasn’t turned on and no hot water for days at a time. Managegment did nothing to warn these outages. Apartment became infested with rodents to the point where I had to move out. Constant construction in the hallway with loose wires hanging out of the wall. Terrible management and ups the lease whenever possible.
Advice to owner:
Do. Better.

Great apartment, some problems
Former Tenant
Pros:
Loved the location - seriously could not be better. The unit was large and charming. Quiet.
Cons:
There were mice (yikes) and roaches (eek), and the problem was continuous during the entire time I lived there. Owner sent a guy to put some sticky traps down and that was about it. I plugged some holes up myself, but I still got pests. The halls could have been a bit cleaner, but it’s an older building so what can you do. The water pressure in the bathroom also could have been better (the toilet had to be plunged for just toilet paper).
