Location is great, but apartment overall needs improvement
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location - close to subways and central park
Cons:
The floors are super thin you can hear everything the upstairs neighbors are doing The super doesn't understand or speak English and it's extremely difficult to communicate with him so if there's any problem within the apartment he'd ask you to talk to the super directly knowing fairly well the super would not help you because of the language barrier Basement is dirty and full of rodents and cockroaches

Great location but the entire building needs renovation.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is amazing, very close to Central Park.
Cons:
Landlord is not responsive at all, the building is outdated and in desperate need of repairs. After a leak from the floor above, the super came to patch the bathroom ceiling. They did a horrible job and a couple of days later the entire bathroom ceiling fell down.
