Decidedly average to below average
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, landlord's office is on same street.
Cons:
Pretty shoddy work - repairs are visibly cheap and the building is old. The landlord's nephew lives in the building and is technically the super, but he's very incompetent and not very responsive. Can't emphasize enough - the management of the building is just very cheap.
Advice to owner:
Spend more time inspecting work of the contractors you hire, and hire a professional super who is diligent about the job. Take more pride in the building.

Avoid if you can
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors are amazing Street is clean and quiet Location is perfect: close to restaurants, park, and subway
Cons:
Management is poor at responding Issues are poorly managed (pests are persistent, gas was shut off for 2 months with no help from management, etc)
