beautiful location, really nice super and porter who work so hard to keep the trash under control and keep the building clean
extremely thin floors so you can hear everything above you, cold addition in the back, no issues on higher floors but pests in basement. This building is also the central trash and laundry location (1 machine) for multiple triumph properties
