Lovely building with lovely management!
Pros
Barbara is a lovely owner/building manager to work with, and is always responsive and thoughtful about her tenants’ experience. It’s in a great location with little to no noise and/or disturbance, and the building has a lovely history and character to it.
Cons
Little to no cons, but really since it is an old building, you can expect it need repairs from time to time.
Advice to the owners
Keep up the great work!! Love living here.
