Close to park but could use an update
Former Tenant
Pros:
Located close to park and subway, building is kept pretty clean and has laundry in basement.
Cons:
Laundry has broken down multiple times, elevator has also broken down multiple times. Older appliances, some of which are not functional in their respective spaces, and some shoddy craftsmanship.
Advice to owner:
For the price and location, appliances could use an update and also should choose ones that fit better in respective spaces.

Never argue with tenants who pay $5600/ Month.....put heat in your bathrooms, do not use unlicensed electrical or HVAC workers
