Respectable old building fairly priced with quirks

Pros:
Great price point, apartments have large bedrooms
Cons:
Creaky, not fully working buzzer system, no amenities. Packages sometimes get stolen since there’s no keyed first door
Advice to owner:
Overall a solid place to live. Would like more upgrades to the building like a modernized buzzer system or better front doors so packages don’t get taken.
