Things Break Often, Management Greedy

Pros:
It's a good location. Doormen are nice.
Cons:
The building is poorly maintained. They will raise your rent beyond the market price. They will be slow to fix things and they will fix things badly.
Advice to owner:
Clean the walls in the lobby

Great doormen/staff, amazing location near the park and really nice high end apartments
Cons:
We had issues with the HVAC that had to be replaced. Better now

Rodents Slow response time re: repairs Renovations are flawed to rodents, broken HVAC, buckling floors.
Advice to owner:
Do something about rodents. Lobby needs fixing. Maintenance staff nice but need actual professionals for repairs. Renovations = lipstick on a pig l
