Great value apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Right next to the park and C/B trains. Responsive owner and supper with issues in the apartment. Rent cheaper than majority of rentals on the UWS.
Cons:
I wish there was better care/management of trash in front of the building. There's also lots of bird poop that always collects up in front of the building, taking away from the charm of that building. Also the supper lives all the way in Brooklyn, so it can take a while for him to get to the building.
Advice to owner:
Clean up the bird poop and get better trash facilities. Have an alternative supper closer to the building.
