Crappy Landlord, Great Staff
Former Tenant
Pros:
Tree-lined streets Great staff (the super + office assistant was really nice and was very helpful!) Nice generous living room layout Building neighbors were really nice! Sunny living room Exposed brick + fireplace
Cons:
LANDLORD, he is a piece of work. Extremely rude to tenants and would yell at us occassionally over minor inconveniences Small kitchen layout Next to a building that is constantly under construction Pest issue, we had mice at on the top floor Shared laundry room had issues with water draining onto the floor and it pooled. Bugs would drown in the water If all the laundry machines were running, the power would cut out and the washers wouldn't drain correctly
Advice to owner:
Get your act together and take care of this building. Your tenants are nice people and love being there. Take care of the common areas and treat them with respect.
