No complaints! Amazing location.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very quiet in my back of building apartment. Loved my apartment layout. Loved the location. Rarely had any issues, but the super was responsive and easy to reach if needed.
Cons:
Lobby feels stale/could use updating.

Excellent location but very poor maintenance
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great and great views apartment
Cons:

Advice to owner:
Invest in maintenance, have skilled people and super
