This is not a luxury building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close proximity to Central Park with great views from terrace. Nice doormen.
Cons:
In my opinion this building has roach and mice beyond belief. Absolutely disgusting and dirty. I don’t believe the management known how to manage a true “luxury building.” New tenants have constant harassment by long term tenants. I have lived in Manhasset since 18 and this is not a true luxury building.
Advice to owner:
If you want people to consider this a true luxury building (1) take the roach and mice problem seriously (2) have a porter or second doorman on duty (3) fix things properly - don’t just remove the broken item.

Great location and building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Tidy apartments and close to Central Park
Cons:
Layouts of the apartment make them smaller than expected
