Worth the Price by very mildly inconvenient

Pros:
Beautifully designed and maintained, responsive landlord, gorgeous and mostly quiet neighborhood, right next to Central Park and the B/C line.
Cons:
Electric is questionable and fuses are easily blown by drying your hair while having a fridge. Hot water tanks in unit are limited capacity, so you must choose between showering and dishwashing. No laundry on site.
Advice to owner:
Laundry on site would be great. Blowing a fuse is abnormally easy here, and anyone not familiar with fuse boxes would be calling every week.
