Everything breaks down
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location,

Building staff wonderful.
Cons:
Broken elevator 50% of the time
Holes, water leaks, cockroaches, insects, broken windows.
Staff don’t have power to fix the bigger issues.
Inflated rent given all the problems
Advice to owner:
Lower rent and fix problems.

Probably worst building owner in NYC
Former Tenant
Pros:
Doormen and neighbors are nice
Cons:
You can't get past the poor management of this building
The water pressure is horrific, our flow rate is <.5 gallons per minute
We regularly have no cold water (it randomly stops working) so our children wind up crying during the shower because they are scalded
Elevators are broken 80% of the time
People smoke in the stairwells so apartments smell of smoke
Pipes regularly break
Advice to owner:
SELL THE BUILDING.
