Great location but awful management

Pros:
Well situated
Previously reasonable rent
Cons:
Terrible and dishonest building management
Uncontrollable mouse problem
Front door lock constantly broken
Charged against security deposit for normal wear and tear
Advice to owner:
Please be more responsive to tenants, hard to get any help for any problems and really unprofessional after move out.
