Great location and neighborhood

Pros:
Good neighbors small building
Cons:
Added cameras in lobby, added new mailboxes to justify cameras, intercom system works intermittently, garbage cans in front of apartment window, nasty property manager, shoddy and cheap repairs. Cleaning staff mostly do not speak English.

Get ethical property managers
